Nordec publishes Sustainability Report 2025

Nordec Group has published its Sustainability Report for the operational year 2025. The report presents Nordec’s priorities, governance and performance across environmental, social and business conduct topics and outlines how sustainability is integrated into our strategy, operations and value chain.

While Nordec is not obligated to report under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we have chosen to report voluntarily to strengthen transparency and respond to increasing stakeholder expectations in our markets.

Key highlights from 2025

  • Good progress on climate action: -56.2 % Scope 1+2 and -42.5% Scope 3 GHG emission reductions compared to our baseline year 2021.
  • Record year in safety: Our long-term target is zero accidents. We had only 8 LTIs last year, and the accident frequency (LTIF) improved to 5.38 per million working hours (including subcontractors in Nordec Scope of Works on installation sites).
  • Improved wellbeing: The sick leave rate improved to 3.6% (2024: 4.8%) and our employee net promoter score (eNPS) in 2025 was +19.

Delivering on our promises:

  • Low-carbon solutions: A growing portfolio of low-carbon and hybrid solutions like NORDEC HYBRID FRAM2e® and the NORDEC CYCL2e Building Concept help secure project climate targets.
  • Transparent data: Verified EPDs and LCAs combined with our experience in environmental certifications like BREEAM and LEED support project reporting needs.
  • Reliable partner: Certified ISO 9001/45001/14001 management systems and decades of experience in demanding deliveries ensure fulfilling project requirements.

We welcome dialogue with customers, partners, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders as we continue developing safe and responsible operations across the Nordics and Central and Eastern Europe providing solutions and transparent data that support our customers in achieving their sustainability targets.
