Nordec to supply steel frame for new commercial building in Hannuksenpelto, Espoo
Nordec, a leading supplier of steel frame solutions, has signed an agreement with Broman Yhtiöt Oy on the delivery of the steel frame of a new commercial building in Hannuksenpelto, Espoo. The building will serve the electric and household appliance chain Power Finland Oy and padel enthusiasts. Nordec is responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of the steel frame.
Broman Yhtiöt Oy is a real estate company that owns and develops properties for various businesses. Construction Manager Tapio Urpilainen says about the project: “We are pleased to have Nordec as our partner in this project. They have strong knowledge and experience in steel frame solutions that are well suited for this type of building. We believe that by working together, we can create a high-quality and functional commercial building.” The size of the project is approximately 5000 m2, the execution class is EX3 and the sanction class is CC3b.
Nordec’s Project Manager Mikko Vainio is excited about the new project. “We are delighted that Broman Group chose us as the supplier of the steel frame for this project. We are confident that our steel solutions are of high quality, durable and cost-effective. We want to be involved in creating new opportunities for Power Finland Oy and padel enthusiasts,” he says.
The installation of the steel frame has already started at the end of October 2023 and will be completed in early April 2024. Nordec thanks Broman Group for their trust and cooperation in concluding the new agreement.
