Nordec continues the strong presence on the Nordic logistics market by being chosen to deliver to Coop Sweden.
Nordec has once again been chosen as the frame contractor by TAB
(Tommy Allström Byggproduktion AB) for the development of Coop Sweden´s new distribution center.
The building will be located just outside of Eskilstuna.
The scope of Nordec design and build -delivery consists of steel frame system including the mezzanines of prefabricated concrete slabs, load bearing roof structure and wall structures consisting of façades and partition walls. The roof area of the building is approximately 70 000 m².
The groundworks on the construction site are currently under way. At the same time we at Nordec are performing the structural engineering and starting the manufacturing of the structures in our factories in Finland, Lithuania and Poland.
Already in December our site activities will begin by raising the frame of the high-bay warehouse.
We will carry on then with façades and complete the works by the end of September 2021.
During past year Nordec also had the opportunity to be cooperating with Coop Norway in
Oslo Gardemoen for expansion of their logistics center.
